World Water Day Speaker

BRAES is proud to co-sponsor the keynote presentation  during the World Water Day Celebrations on March 19th

The Keynote speaker for that day is the novelist

 Eileen Delehanty Pearkes

Brief Abstract: (Stanford University B.A., English, and University of British Columbia M.A., English) Eileen has recently completed a forthcoming history of the upper Columbia River’s natural systems and water policy, A River Captured. She writes two popular columns on Canadian landscape history for The North Columbia Monthly and the online news website, The Nelson Daily.
